Hi,
I'm getting the following error on my account, which means I'm unable to change or manage my products:
An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.
I joined plusnet over a year ago and don't have any orders processing or pending. Judging by other posts, this seems to be a common issue. Is someone able to look at this?

Hi @woj92, thanks for getting in touch and welcome to our Community Forums.
I'm sorry for the issues you've had with the stuck change in place on your account. After looking into this for you I beleive I've removed the cause of the stuck change for you and you should now be able to manage your products.
