Left Plusnet for BT on 8th Dec after an extended struggle to get a mac despite a number of calls and tickets.
Asked for the final invoice to close the account, called customer service twice and left many ticket update reminders.
Result to date lots of spam texts and emails about an overdue account.
I would have thought Plusnet would be better served by sorting out the account closure invoice so that i can actually pay them.
Question #95844466 refers, i appreciate the time of year may cause minor delays but can someone from plusnet please sort this out.
