On the 22nd August I phoned to close my account and cease the line and I then received an email confirming that the account would be closed and the line ceased on the 6th September (ticket #132168189). However, the agent didn't take the final fees so I phoned again on the 23rd August and paid the final fees with my debit card (ticket #283227487). If the account was closed and the line ceased on the 6th September, how is that my phone line is still working and I've received an email this morning informing me that you'll be taking a payment of £32.99 for my service on or around the 20th September. What's going on?

Doesn't matter now as I've sorted this out myself over the phone this morning.
