I am getting an error message when I log into Manage Account:
An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order
in progress.
WIth a further message on the Call Features page:
Unable to change serviceYou cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
You currently have an order in progress to remove call featuresYour call feature(s) will be removed from your account on the next working day.
Please note: If you've requested to remove any call features, you cannot add or remove any further features until this is complete.
I have not asked for any changes. What is going on?
