We're sincerely sorry that this issue has affected you.


Having checked the account, it's currently in a state that means we are completely unable to reactivate it. As the account has (erroneously) closed in error, the only way we're able to get you back up and running would be to set up a new account.


You're able to do so by calling our Customer Options Team. They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00


Alternatively, if it's more convenient for you, we can arrange for one of our expert advisors to give you a call.
