Account cancelation

After being with plusnet for two years I finally got fed up with low speeds and dropped broadband line.  I applied to go with BT and my service was successfully transferred, why am I still getting bills from plusnet.  I checked with BT and they that they informed you they were taking over broadband and phone line, but you are still billing me for broadband.

Well I am still being hassled by plusnet, they have now blocked access to the main site until I pay.  If they black my name I will go mad.  How long does this take to sort out.

Hi gissmo46,
As per our reply to ticket 101401005 we were waiting for the direct debit to clear before we could refund you.
It looks like It's been cancelled now so I'll send a query through to our billing team to have the outstanding balance removed and the account closed.
