Account billing

I have had nothing but problems with Plusnet since the billing problems across plusnet. My main issue currently is that I won't use DD payment as I can not trust what money they are taking out from previous experiences, my bill is due in two days time and I still have not received a generated bill for the month. Like previous months they will then put restrictions on my account straight away even though I am not being emailed bills, is this happening to anyone else?

We're sorry to hear of your ongoing issues and for the inconvenience caused.

 

We are aware of this issue and we can assure you that it's being worked on, however, the Social Media Team are not able to give a timescale for resolution as yet.

Hi, I had a previous issue with billing for 3 months due to the billing changes/issues with plusnet but my account issue was sorted in August, so I should be receiving a bill now? How can I pay a bill I don't have?

Hey @CG1,

 

You should be able to view your invoices via your online account under "billing" which will load a page with the latest invoices to chose from.

 

If you have any further issues give us a nudge.
