Account/billing

Hello, I paid myy bill this month 3 days late, I just didn't see the dd, anyhow even after paying my bill I am now restricted and its causing upset please can this be resolved I mean I cannot even access your website to have the chance to solve this without help. I seem to get cut of quite regularly for alot of different reasons. Kelly burrill.
