Account affected by IMT-2993

I agreed a new 18-month fixed price contract with Plusnet in February 2019. Since then I have experienced many problems with  overcharging on bills and difficulties with upgrading to additional services - too numerous to explain here. I have now discovered that I am being affected by an internal accounting problem which has a code name IMT-2993. I have issued a formal complaint for all the time and angst that this has caused me, and for Plusnet's inability to sort it out.

I am wondering how many other people have experienced problems with this mysterious IMT-2993 problem?
