Account access

Having moved home I cannot access my account to make changes. There is an error message saying I can't make changes because there is an open ticket on my account saying I have a product change in progress. This was completed a week ago so needs to be cleared. I spoke to a nice lady yesterday who said she couldn't help. She advised to ring back today to speak to the Provisioning department who would be able to remove this problem. But Plusnet are not taking any calls today so I can't speak to them. Can someone please address this issue
