I can't reiterate enough that no one has done this on purpose, mistakes and problems do occasionally happen unfortunately one happened to you. I know you were subject to some inconvenience but no one has made false accusations towards you and anything on your account saying payment is owed has been removed.

Adam, Could you clarify something for me please. Have the mailboxes on the account been left active? Can he access Manage My Mail?

I can't confirm any details like that as it would be a breach of DPA.
I'll discuss this directly with the customer and make sure they get what they need.
