Account Suspension



I'm going to be out my flat until August and was wondering if there was the possibility of suspending my account entirely until I'm back at home? I don't want to be paying for a service that I'm not going to be using

Unfortunately it's not possible for us to suspend or freeze billing on an account while you're not using the service.


Although you may not be using the service, we would still be charged the wholesale subscription by our suppliers.
