Account Password reset failing

I haven't signed into my Plusnet account details for ages, so I tried to reset the password.    It asks for

"Your broadband username or email address"  then "Enter the numbers shown in the picture".     I do that and it just replies  "Please check you have entered the code correctly".    I can see the number is correct, but it still fails to reset the password.  The same happens using either username or email address.  Is there a system problem?
