Account Ownership

some years ago I purchased a plusnet broadband package for a family member, so they could keep in contact with me while I was abroad.
Is there anyway I can now move ownership of the plusnet account from me to the family member so they can continue with the plusnet service they use?
I'd rather not have to close the account and start another...

Hi there,
Assuming that the service is remaining in the same premises that should be possible, there's a few other factors involved here so I'd best advise giving our customer service team a quick call on 0800 432 0200.
