Hi,
I ordered Plusnet Unlimited Fibre on Monday, order seems to be progressing well and it's being installed on Monday. I was just wondering where I could find my account number, since I ordered via Quidco and my cashback hasn't tracked, so I'll need to submit a manual claim and it asks for the account number. Is this the same as the 'service ID' on my payment invoice?

Yes, the Service ID number at the top of invoices is the account number. I've an idea you might need to drop or add a leading zero to get the right number of digits.
