Account Frozen because of Billing software issues

Hi

Anyone know if there is any progress on this yet. Been waiting since November 2018. Raised a ticket a couple of months ago and phoned, but just said they are working on it. Anyone else with this problem? Thanks.

This has just happened to me this afternoon, Got a Email that my payment did not go through and would I please pay within 14 days BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS RESTRICTED FROM THAT MOMENT NOT 14 DAYS 

 

COME ON PLUS  NET GET THIS [-Censored-] FIXED AS ITS NOT RIGHT !!! I CANNOT LOGIN TO ANYTHING EVEN YOUR SITE TO PAY YOU
