Account Details / View Transactions / Invoice Status / Pending ???

After having two months of incorrect billing (and having to face the usual 45 minute plus wait in the call queue each time) I find that the invoice due for payment/collection on 23 December is marked as PENDING.

I'm not going to endure another 45 minute plus wait in the call queue so - does anyone have any idea what the PENDING status signifies?Huh

If you are paying by Direct Debit it normally changes from Pending to Fully Paid a couple of working days after its been collected. Just keep an eye on it for a few days.

Hi @Bazzer99, @azc is correct. From the payment being requested it can usually take 3-7 working days for the payment to clear.
