Account Closed - Needed to download invoices

Hi
As per a previous topic I'm asking this on behalf of a relative who needed to download her plusnet invoices but as she has moved to another ISP her plusnet account has been closed. Could her access to invoices be temporarily re-enabled? If a moderator contacts me I'll send him or her the account username.

The account that is linked to your Forum account appears to be active and you should be able to log in and view your invoices.

I don't know if Chris (or any of the other DC guys) have done anything with this yet, but I'm in a similar position, though I still have a number of other Plusnet accounts.  I've raised it on ticket #77591968 on one of the other accounts, though i don't know if that is the right thing to do or not.

@NovEmBer - Yes we should be able to do that, just need to know her username - drop me a PM and we'll arrange for access to be re-enabled for her.

@Phil - portal login component added to the relevant account for you, please let me know when you're done downloading the invoices and I'll remove it again, thanks Smiley
