Hello - I got a mail stating that my account has been cancelled, but I didn't ask for it. Please can you look into it urgently.

This is pathetic. I am on hold with customer care for last 1 hour, still no updates.
I had moved from my previous house to new house last week and the open reach engineer fixed the connection and everything was working fine. Now my account itself is deleted and no one has a clue on how it has been deleted.
I need my internet to work today, after having paid for house move and everything. This is really bad.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Now I have got a new account created. But the contract length is changed to 2020. It was supposed to expire next year and my cost per month is also increased by 20 GBP.
Can someone help please. Please give me a proper solution and communication on what is going on.

I got a mail saying that my price is now increased to 39 GBP and my contract length is extended till 2020. I won't be in UK after 2019, so please bring back my old contract details.
