Accounct canclled by plusnet not my self

I signed new contract dec 2016 and i have now been told outstanding balance from Jan 2017 i need my service all ive recieved is stress and no help ive been told I owe nothing then I owe the stopped services and didn't even tell me as I say ive been tryin for help nobody phones back or they laugh at the situation and hang up

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I can see your complaint is with our high level escalations team and your case handler will get back to you as soon as he can. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
