About entering a new contract

Hi, my contract is soon due for renewal but at what price ?Huh

My account says this at £28.25 pm without the contract length being shown ....

... but an email is saying £22.99 for a 12 month contract (subject to price rises)

Apart from the lower price I would prefer the shorter contract as two companies have plans for FTTP at my address, whenever that may be .... could be ages.

Re: About entering a new contract

Fix

Thanks for your post @frosty8

Can you try clicking on the 'renew your contract' link from the email while staying logged into your account?

This may force the renewal system to take the £22.99 offer rather than the £28.25 one.

[edit]

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend calling customer options on 0800 013 2632 as they'll be able to process the lower offer for you. They're open until 6pm today too (and from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday's, 9am to 7pm Saturday's)

Welcome back to our community forums btw Smiley

Thanks for the swift reply @Gandalf and yes the link in the email gave me the cheaper shorter contract, all done 😉
