I was supposed to swap over from standard Plusnet broadband to Plusnet fibre yesterday but nothing happened. This morning my old internet stopped working so I connected up the new router and after 10 mins I was back online. I’ve done a few speed checks throughout the day and I’m still getting the 15mb down and 0.7mb up that I always got. Has something gone wrong in the process?

As discussed this was delayed from the 30th to 31st due to engineer availability and it's now been delayed to the 12th August as it looks like there's further work required, you've mentioned we've since advised that there's a card/port issue at the cabinet. I'll follow things up with you on the 13th August and if your fibre isn't live by then I'll be happy to chase this up.
