Having cancelled under the Price Increase promise, I now find I cannot get a new ISP as you've put a cease on my line!!!
No where does it mention on ticket 130717324 that I have requested that.
I am not a happy. Please lift the cease immediately.

Did you ask to cancel when you called up? If so we would have put a cease through on the line and set the account to cancel, if you want to transfer to a new provider the account needs to remain open with us to allow that to happen. I can see you've put this through on your account so I'll sort that out but just to advise that your account will now remain open with us until you transfer to a new provider.
