I purchased my contract with plusnet through quidco back in june when the offer was available and much like many others i have had my £95 cashback declined, a claim was made in appeal to this and now it is just being ignored. I am disappointed how this and others have handled like this. If someone would help turn this situation around I would appreciated it.
I've been advised that you need to raise a transaction query with the affiliate, and explain we're aware that some accounts were previously validated incorrectly. If you ask them to look into this a bit deeper they'll see we've approved it.
