Apologies for the delay. I've not heard back yet so I've chased this up.

3 Months with no resolution is not good!  I've raised a general case on the sluggishness of Cashback payments via the SU channel.

Yeah it is a little bit disappointing.

I appreciate things can go wrong and the initial help here was good but it seems to have went a little too quiet just as i would have expected the payment to finally be made.

The fact my details had been checked and validated months ago I'm not entirely sure what the issue is now.

Just as i wrote my last message the £80 is now payable in my quidco account!
