£80 Quidco Cashback Declined

Ordered Fibre broadband with line-saver line rental on the 4th July.

 

Service was activated on 3rd August and i have had my quidco declined on the basis i supposedly used a loyalty / membership / discount code.

 

Can you advise what exactly the code you see as being used as i do not recall entering any discounts.

If you check out the other threads it's been mentioned that there was an issue with the referral system which has now been resolved.

The current advice is to raise a support ticket with Quidco to restart the claim process.

Hi, thanks for responding. I reached back out to quidco who sent me the exact same response they had sent me earlier stating that Plusnet have informed them i had used a promotional code.

In addition to my response elsewhere, we've received an update from our Marketing team advising that the rejected cashbacks because of this issue should be automatically approved by the end of the month.


Can you let us know how your Quidco account looks in September?

Hi Anoush,

 

Thanks for getting back to me. I will check my account and revert back in September.

 

Can you advise if there is anything i should do to follow up with Quidco? They are refusing to reopen my claim as they have told me plusnet made a final decision on my cashback being declined and there is nothing further I can do contrary to what has been discussed in this thread.

We're advised that your cashback should automatically show as approved at the end of the month. I'd recommend to keep an eye on it and let us know at the start of September if there are any issues.

Hello, i had £80 quidco tracking which showed a resolution date of today however it is still showing as tracking from the 4th July. Can you advise what the next steps should be?

this is becoming a regular feature on this forum. So it's obvious that something is failing between plusnet and quidco . How many more customers need to complain and wait months for something they were promised?

We've now manually validated the cashback so you should receive the payment via your Quidco account within 30 days.

Can you advise which date is 30 days from when the manual validation was actioned?
