Hi I signed up to Plusnet on your website with the 75 pound reward card offer. My services has been active for around 14 days now and I've still not heard anything about my reward card. When will I expect to hear something?

There are several threads on here about missing cheques, is that also tied in to Pnet's failing billing and finance system?

Pleaase come back and let us know if you do or don't get it, especially if you don't get it when they promise it.
