£75 mastercard

Hi

 My service started on 17/05/2020 but I still have not received an e-mail re the £75 mastercard cashback that was promised on signing up, have seen a lot of complaints on the forum regarding this. I wonder if some of the staff can enlighten me on the hold up, I wouldn't hesitate to use resolver or Which as I am a member.
