£75 cashback

Like others I am unable to find out how/why I haven’t received my £75 cashback. Everything I’ve read has said it would be automatic within 69 days. I’ve been connected since March 3rd. Have phoned but hung up when heard message about emergencies only. Any advice appreciated.
