Hi I went live on the 15th of October and still haven’t received a email to claim the cashback,can anybody help please

I have sent an SMS and ticket update for you which should arrive shortly. I have manually redeemed this on your behalf. 

An email had been sent out to yourself from: no-reply@plusnetrewards.com

Sometimes this arrives in your junk mail but no need to worry, I have redeemed this for you.

Once you've claimed your cashback it can take up to 30 days to arrive.

If you haven't received it by the end of the month let us know
