Plus net recently cancelled my contract by mistake
I have had to take out another contract to hopefully get everything resolved but no one mentioned cash back to me

Hi both,
If you signed up for a deal which included cashback, you'd receive an email from noreply@plusnetrewards.com (or similar) within 30 days of your account going live.
It's worth noting that not all deals include cashback and that some emails clients will push this email to the junk folder, so it's worth checking both of those aspects prior to us chasing this on your behalf.
I'd also double-check that your cashback isn't being provided via an affiliate, such as Quidco etc.

I still haven't received this (£75) cashback.
Checked for links on emails, and in junk box of email, and can't find anything.
Please can you arrange for this to be re-sent, as it has been well more than 30 days, and this is not fair!

I am really sorry there has been little communication surrounding your reward card. It's showing on our side that an email has been sent for you to claim as 04/09/2019, so I am sincerely sorry this does not seem to have reached you. As you have checked your spam/junk folder and nothing is showing there, we would be happy to manually redeem this on your behalf if you'd like? The reward card would then be sent to you within 30 days of claiming.

Further to my message from RandallFlagg (Plusnet Help Team) (05-09-2019 10:01 AM), yes, please initiate this, as it is not in my Junk, or other folder. I have already waited over 30 days. Are you saying I have to wait another 30 days?

@MatthewWheeler Rather than start a new identical thread I thought I would post in this one. My service went live over 30 days ago now and I haven't received anything regarding my £75 cashback either. Can you look into it for me?
