£75 cashback on its way - but it's been over 30 days

I had the email to claim my cashback, completed the form and received the claim confirmation email. This was on 17 March and the email said to allow up to 30 days for postal deliveries to arrive. It's now over 40 days and I haven't received anything - could someone have a look if anything has been sent to me please?
