£75 cashback offer

My broadband went live in January when should I expect to receive the e-mail from you to enable me to claim my £75 cashback.

According to https://www.plusnetrewards.com/Claim/Default you can telephone 0800 587 2013 for help. Its what I did in about december and they sorted me out without a quible.

Of course if they deny you are eligible you have a different problem but cross that bridge if you come to it...

You should receive it within the next 30 days. If you haven't received it after then let us know and we'll get that chased up for you
