£75 cashback not recieved

Hi I signed up at the beginning of March and was told I would receive my £75 cashback within 10 days. Its now been over a month and nothing. Can't get through to anyone on chat or phone either.

Also my connection is constantly dropping.

Starting to think plusnet may of been a mistake.

From what I can see the e-mail for you to claim your cashback was sent on the 23rd of March. I've created a ticket on your account with a direct link to claim it which you can view by going here

I also have the same issue, signed up on the 10th March 2020 and no email to claim the £75 cashback.  Would be grateful if this could be looked into, please.

I am somewhat disappointed as I signed up online on the last day of PN advertised £75 Cashback and within the deadline that evening.  However an open forum isn't the place to pursue this problem.
