£75 cashback not received

Hi,
I've been chasing this for a while and still haven't received my cheque. I'm now being told it was through a third party which isn't true. Please can someone pop my cheque in the post and confirm this has happened asap? I'm due for renewal and am not going to renew with plusnet if this isn't sorted please.
