£75 cashback not received

I have not received my promised £75 cashback. I signed up on the plusnet website on 19th August, and my service went live on the 4th September. 

Please can you help.

Our records show that we sent you an email on 10/9/19 so it would be a good idea to try searching your emails for one from no-reply@plusnetrewards.com if you don't find anything please reply to the ticket I've linked to below and we can claim it on your behalf.

Thanks for getting in touch @weelsofsteel I'm sorry to see you've not received an email to redeem your cashback.

Our system is showing this to be sent on 09-Oct-2019 00:01 from no-reply@plusnetrewards.com however to make things easier if you click Here I've added a link to the form that the email contains for you to claim your cashback. Once you've filled the form out you'll receive your cashback within 30 days. I hope this helps.

i have checked all mails, spam, there is no mail posted on the 9th

your link just takes me to my account where there is no sign of any form I even registered with your own email service (11 messages ) none of these go back to the 9th

you may have sent it but it as not arrived in my in box

please send another one

If you log into your account then click on the above link you'll be able to view my reply which contains the link to the form. My ticket response was also emailed to yourself at about the same time I posted here.

why cant you just send the form as a attachment via email?

I've done exactly that, you should've received an email on or about 12:41 this afternoon.

Could you check your emails for us please? 🙂

@weelsofsteel In the email you've received, if you click where it says "Here" you should be taken to the form.

Sorry I see that email was on the back of my community post. You should've received an email directly from your account at that time. If it's nowhere to be seen in any folder, are you happy for us to redeem this on your behalf?
