I have been with Plusnet for almost 2 years now and I am coming to to renewing my contract.
The initial reason I joined Plusnet was that it offered me the best deal if the £75 cashback was included in my overall cost.
I have never received this "email", although I have rang and spoken to customer services. I wrongly thought that Plusnet would get it sorted.
My last call was to an advisor recently who said the email had been sent out after I started my contract, I have never received such an email in my account, or in my spam account.
I asked which email address it had been sent to and he replied the one ending in ".com", now I definitely have NO email registered with Plusnet ending in ".com"......on hearing this he sounded nervous and apologetic he would pass it onto his manager and "cross his fingers" that this could be sorted, but he couldn't promise anything.
Come on Plusnet, I don't expect this from a company like yourselves. I have enjoyed using your service over the past 2 years and would be happy to extend my contract with yourselves.
But please don't give customers the run around for the sake of £75 🙄
