£75 cashback confirmation email not received

I signed up for fibre broadband through the Plusnet website with the £75 cashback offer, my broadband went live on 27/9/2019 and was told that I would recieve an email about registering for the cashback 10 working days after, however I still have not received the email

Hi @Markmcpheat

 

I've looked into this and can confirm we sent the email out on 2/10/19. 

 

Please search for an email from no-reply@plusnetrewards.com with the subject Claim your Plusnet Reward. 

 

This email could have easily been filtered into a junk/spam folder, so please also check there. 

 

Let us know the outcome of this search and we will pick it up accordingly should you not be able to find it.

Thanks for replying to my post, I checked my email folders including junk/spam folders and I couldn’t find it.

hi markmcheat  same here plusnet need to be very carefull it is a misleading new customers i was going to get intouch with fair trading but i did not do this i wish i had but it looks like we have both been ad and also reading the post there are a lot of the communty also been add i dont understand why they do this to new customers like anyway have to being with them for sort time i have fond out a lot how they do things they are just like talk talk

So I did a thorough check of all my email folders last night and I could not find the email which is strange as I have been receiving a lot of emails from plusnet about other offers available to me, can you please send the email out to me again

I've claimed the cashback for you though our third part providers portal. Sorry you feel you've been mislead, it would be interesting to know how you feel you have been mislead? Either way your cashback should be in hand within 30 days.

Hi i signed up on tuesday 10th  September through Plusnet site.The £75  cash back was 

confirmed by the agent i spoke to.Service went live on Tuesday 24th September and as 

yet have not received any email to claim this back.

I have checked all folders on my email .

Please help. Thanks

The claim email is showing as sent on the 2nd October at around 3am in the morning. No worries though I've just claimed it on your behalf to be sent to the details on your account.

I have same problem that I do not receive the £75 cashback email too.

My broadband went live on 30/9/2019 and now I still do not get the email yet. I have checked all of my email folder.

Would anyone check this for me? Please help. Thanks in advance.

I am also missing my cashback. I signed up on 7/8/19 and my account went live on 30/8/19. I spoke to someone at customer services on 25/9/19 who was meant to be looking into it but still have not had the email to claim my cashback.

 

I would be very grateful if someone could chase it up for me.
