Could a member of staff look into this for me please. As others have experienced, I haven’t received an email for the £75 cash back for switching to Plusnet. I’ve raised this as a complaint and was promised I’d receive an email but haven’t. I’m very frustrated. I’ve looked in the Spam/Junk folder and searched by inbox for the rewards email (mentioned in another post) but haven’t found anything.
Would it be possible for a member of staff to look into this?
