£75 cash back

I posted a topic a few months ago about not receiving my £75 cash back cheque. I completely forgot about it until I checked my spam box and realised I still have not received it. I couldn’t remember my login details from before but I think my user name was loginname123? I also noticed when checking my lastest bill that my last name is spelt incorrectly. I have been waiting since September/October 2019 for the cash back cheque. . . .

I looked through the link but it didn’t answer my question. I had the link, clicked on it and didn’t receive my cash back in the post. This was months ago and it says to call but obviously it is difficult to get through to the call centre at the moment.
