£75 cash back offer. How and when?

Hello,

I am enquiring how and when I will receive the cash back offer I signed up for?

From what I have read online I will receive an email within 10 days of the broadband service starting (18.03.19). I have not received an email yet to do this. I received the offer through moneysavingexpert.com.

You guidance on this would be gratefully received.

I'm sorry that you've not yet heard about your cashback.

I've had a look into this and the offer that you've signed up for via MSE is an auto-redemption offer so you won't need to submit your details via an email link. You'll receive the cashback automatically within 60 days of your sign up date.
