£75 cash back - not received

Broadband activated on 27/08 but no email received re: cash back. Please advise how to claim as I believe I should be entitled to it now

Sorry you haven't received the email. I've just checked our third party supplier portal but the claim expired three days ago. I've sent it to our billing team to issue it out from our offices for you and will update you once we've had confirmation that's happened.

Hi

 

I have had the same problem I never received the email either and they are saying its to late. This is obviously an ongoing problem and they are blaming the customer.  I took out a contract in September because of the £70 cash back. People need to know about this before taking out a contract.
