£75 cash back 23th January nothing received in post

I replied to the cash back email on the 23rd January and received a confirmation email, but nothing has arrived yet. There have been no further emails from Plusnet, the email said I should receive the MasterCard within 30 days. It is well over that now, we’re into March.
