£75 Gift offer vanished

Upgraded my service over two month's ago.

Offered £75 bonus by eager sales person (of course).

Told it could take a month or two to reach me.

Nothing.

I would raise a ticket elsewhere but Plus.Net services a little light on where to do that nowadays.

And yes, I do check all my email and spam folder daily.

I have received no communication, no further details, no links and certainly no card.  Nothing.

I'm sorry to see you've not heard about your cashback yet. I can definitely see this was offered to you as it's documented on your account Here. I've raised this with our billing team for further investigation.

I'll provide an update next week as soon as I know more.
