Hi,
I signed up to Plusnet and my broadband was activated on 5th September. The offer included a £75 cheque. I contacted Plusnet and they said I had to wait 30 days after the activation date. However, I am yet to receive the cheque or any communication about this issue and 30 days have now elapsed. My username is townshendtm.
Could you please look into this for me?
