I signed up for Plusnet broadband at the end of last year on a £75 cashback offer, but never received the email to claim it. A call to the number given on the FAQ section of this website was apparently to the wrong place, calling the next number given took me to a third party pre-recorded menu called "Card Services", that frankly sounded like a scam. This seems to be a common issue, which is quite disconcerting to say the least.
Sorry you never received the email to claim. This was sent at midnight on 9th November. Unfortunately that claim expired 2 months later so the claim form won't work. As a result I processed a refund back to the account we've been taking the regular monthly payments from - You'll receive an automated email in 2 hours confirming this.
