Like many others here, I never received the confirmation email about my cashback offer. I have just spoken with customer services and they say the email was sent on Sep 4th but I never received it. Can someone help please?

I'm sorry you never received the original claim email. Unfortunately it looks to have expired so I can't send you the unique link. I've sent it off to our billing team to fulfill from our offices, instead of the third party provider. We'll update you once we have an update.
