Hi

My service went live on 1 October, and I've yet to receive the cashback email.

I've checked my junk folder and I can't see any trace of it.

Would someone be able to look into this as well please?

I am sorry to hear there has been little communication with your cashback. From checking over the system, it's showing on our side that an email was sent to claim your reward. As you're advising you haven't received this, we'd be happy to redeem this on your behalf if you would like? Once redeemed this would then be sent to you within 30 days.

Hi there - I’ve checked all my E mail folders, including trash and junk, and there is no sign of this E- mail so I’m assuming it was never sent. If it wasn’t sent how was I supposed to read the T and C and claim it? I suggest as a sign of good faith you send the link again or I will cancel my BB contract and cite your failure to honour the cash back incentive as a reason to cancel the contract.

You should get your email roughly 10 working days after your services go live - please let us know if this is not the case. 

 

@stueyboy5 - I'm afraid that I really can not add anything further info that what @Gandalf provided previously in your case, I really am sorry about this.
