Hi there, Broadband went live last week - yay! Can someone tell me how I now claim my £75 cashback. I seem to be having issues being able to access my billing info and live chat never seems to work for me! Please can someone point me in the right direction for what I need to do next to claim the cashback? Thank you in advance!

Cashback redemption emails are sent within 10 working days of your first service going live. I've reviewed your account and you are currently on the 6th working day so please allow a few more days as you should see this
You've also mentioned not being able to view your bills. Can you please advise me what you see when you try to access this e.g any error messages and/or blank screens etc and also confirm if you are experiencing the same issues across multiple browsers and devices ?
