Hello,

My Plusnet broadband went live on 7th February and I've been trying to get in contact for the last week (through phone and twitter) about not receiving the email with a link to claim the £75 cashback.

Are you able to help me with this, please?

I would also like my cashback. My plusnet broadband went live on 13th Feb. Please can a staff member contact me?
